OUR PROPOSAL
We bring you an
agricultural revolution.
The proposal is to leverage an Agro Solution to develop a self-sustaining and all-inclusive Agriculture Village/Farming City that will utilize both public and private (local and international) resources that is mutually beneficial to all parties.
Sustainable Agriculture Village Model
- Crafting solutions and strategies that align with local needs, sustainable goals, and modern agricultural best practices. Developing integrated farm communities with modern infrastructure, training, and eco-friendly practices. 60% of the total land mass to be used as actual farming (both crop and animal farming)
Improving Productivity
- An in-grower (Agri-preneurs) farming scheme to be employed with each farmer allocated a 10 acre land and 5 farm hands. Developing foundational infrastructure and resources tailored to enhance farm productivity and support community-based agricultural ecosystems.
Infrastructure Development and Training
- The remaining 40% to be used for major infrastructure development including (accommodation, roads, warehouses/silos, offices, assembling plants/research facility etc.) while Empowering farmers through hands-on training in agri-preneurship, sustainable practices, and research exposure.

How we intend to bring the change
ARIMA Consortium is composed of a group of companies with expertise and associated partners in the different aspects of the agriculture value chain that seeks to revolutionize agriculture in Africa, namely Arima Farms, SmallFarmSpace, TransAfricon, ACOSA and Vanguard group. It shall primarily be the implementing partner with the main role as a management and technical arm of the project.
Implementing
Arima Consortium plans and leads the full-scale implementation of agricultural programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficient execution across modules, and coordination with all stakeholders for measurable impact.
Investing
We actively source and engage investors and strategic partners to fund key components of the agriculture village, enabling innovation, infrastructure development, and sustainable growth across the value chain.
Management
Arima provides expert technical advisory, oversees governance and agribusiness partnerships, and ensures seamless operationalization of project modules across the agricultural value chain.
Evaluation
Comprehensive evaluation and impact assessments are conducted for each module, ensuring performance tracking, accountability, and continuous improvement to maximize outcomes for all stakeholders and partners involved.
