Our Implementation Phases

Step-by-Step Implementation
for Impactful Results

Month 1 - 9

Documentations, Land Acquisition, Feasibility Studies and land preparations, Investor & Partner Engagement, Farmer Recruitment and Training In-growers/Agripreneurs and deployment of App etc.

Month 10 – 30

Pilot start on 25% of land, supply of inputs and machinery, initial infrastructure development (Admin Offices, Accommodation, Warehouses, Machinery Assembly Station, Irrigation projects, Roads), Financial Service Roll-out (Credit and Insurance).

Month 30 - 36

Evaluation and Impact Assessment, Incorporation of Relevant Reviews, Additional Resource Investment, setting up research stations/facility.

Month 36 - 48

Develop additional 50% of land area with new crops and animals with focus on mechanized agriculture, additional infrastructure development, further training, more off-taker arrangements and investor sourcing.

Month 48 - Onward

Develop remaining 25% land area with continuous improvement of the existing systems and structures put in place.

Periodic Evaluation

Repeat the cycle of production with periodic evaluation, improvements and stakeholder engagement until Project takes full shape.
